Check Your Cart At Any Time
For our online sales, we accept electronic transactions through PayPal, including a number of major credit cards. Any payment regardless of form must be fully cleared before shipment will occur. All transactions must be in U.S. dollars, and prices listed for individual items do not include shipping and handling fees, nor applicable taxes (Texas residents). Under no circumstances will Western Union, COD (cash on demand), or any other unauthorized payment form be accepted. We reserve the right to reject any payment which varies from or is over the actual amount due.
We may ship by FedEx, UPS or USPS to best assure economy, prompt arrival and tracking. Shipping and handling charges include all associated costs for carefully packing your items and actual shipping costs.
While we will strive to assure prompt delivery, please allow 2-3 weeks for your shipment to arrive. Please open all carton(s) immediately; prompt inspection is very important in the case of damage. Please contact us promptly (within 3 days) if there are problems. (In the case of problems, please call by phone rather than e-mailing to ensure the fastest response.) In the absence of prompt notification within 3 days following delivery, we will assume the shipment arrived without incident and there are no problems.
Walter's World of Pets will work to assure that all of our customers are very satisfied with their online orders. If for some reason you elect to return your merchandise, please call us to discuss the situation. Returns are problematic, and must be for valid reasons. Returns unrelated to documented damaged shipment will incur a 25% restocking fee, with proper return shipment being the responsibility of the sender. This means that the merchandise must be repacked the way it was shipped from Walter's World, and follow an identical shipping method back to us. Upon a satisfactory inspection of item(s) once they are received by Walter's World, a refund or product credit will be issued, along the above stipulations. In an effort to combat very unfortunate incidents of fraud, Walter's World reserves all rights to refuse any return if we have reason to believe the claim presented to us is not genuine throughout.
